Do you agree to inform us in writing of any known health hazards that may be present within your home? These may include infectious health conditions, building material hazards such a asbestos, contaminated sharp objects such as needles.

Do you agree that should your cleaner arrive at your home where a health hazard may be present, they reserve the right to leave immediately and you will be invoiced for the arranged clean.

Do you acknowlege that bio health hazards such as bodily fluids, pest infestations and pet contamination will not be cleaned by your cleaner? Should you wish a bio-hazard clean, please contact our office.
