To ensure our contractual agreements are met, please be aware of all points within your contract.

We have noted some points below for your awareness:

1 - All keys belonging to our clients must be returned to our office address at Meadowbank House, Torrance G64 4EQ no later than the last working day of your contract.  
Should you be unable to fulfil your contractual agreement for any reason, or your contract is terminated with immediate effect, all keys must be returned by 5pm of the same day, to ensure you are not liable for the cost of replacement locks. 

2 - All belongings of Killermont Cleaning, including cleaning kit and T-shirt should also be returned as noted in point 1. 

3 - Please note, you are required to give 7 days working notice.  This date is calculated as 7 days after the date entered above on your 'End of Contract Form'. 
Failure to comply with your notice period, could result in charges for all clients already on your calendar for the week.
Charges include the total cost per client invoiced per clean.  

4 - Should you wish to work on a private basis with any client or former client of Killermont Cleaning, charges will apply.  Please refer to your contract for further details. 

5 - Please submit all working hours.  Payment will be made as normal on our payment dates.  Please note, payments will be delayed if hours are not submitted on time or we have any  charges as noted above.
