To help us close your account smoothly, please complete the information below and take a moment to read the important end of service information regarding your cleaning agreement.

To ensure that the terms of our agreement are followed and your account is closed correctly, please take a moment to read the following information.
Notice period and final charges
1 - As outlined in your contract, we require two weeks notice to terminate your cleaning agreement.
Should you choose not to receive cleaning services during your notice period, we are happy to cancel the scheduled visits, however all cleans due within the two week notice period will remain chargeable and will be included on your final invoice.
Return of property keys
2 - If Killermont Cleaning holds a key to your property, please arrange to collect this from our office during normal business hours.
Keys should be collected within 14 days of the end of your contract. Any keys that remain uncollected after this period will be securely disposed of.
Return of Killermont Cleaning property
3 - Any items belonging to Killermont Cleaning, including the QR code used by our staff to sign in and out of your property must be returned.
These can be returned to our office when collecting your key. Alternatively please place the items in a sealed envelope in a secure location at your property, let us know where they have been placed and we can arrange collection.
Outstanding invoices
4 - Any outstanding invoices or balances on your account should be paid in full upon termination of your cleaning agreement. Your final invoice may include any cleaning services chargeable during your contractual notice period.
Engaging Killermont Cleaning staff or contractors privately.
5 - Please be reminded that your contract contains terms relating to the private engagement of cleaners, staff or contractors introduced to you through Killermont Cleaning.
Should you engage, employ or work privately with any current or former Killermont Cleaning cleaner or contractor, the applicable charges set out in your contract may become payable.
