CONTRACTOR QR SYSTEM
We require all contractors to use our QR Log In/out system, when you enter or leave our clients premises.
QR codes can be found attached to the clients vacuum cleaner within domestic properties or in the Cleaners cupboard within commercial properties.
When our QR codes are scanned, they will automatically send a notification to our office and our client.
This system is vital to ensure we have accurate time keeping in place.
Please note, no payment will be made for any clean where our QR code has not been scanned on arrival and exit.
Step 1 - Download the Easylog App from link below
Step 2 -
After downloading, open the App and it will ask for a Customer ID. This is 41739
The App will ask for your ID number. Your contractor ID number will be provided at the start of your contract with Killermont Cleaning.
Step 3 -
You MUST scan your clients QR code when you arrive at the clients premises to record your arrival time. This can be done by
* Opening the app
* Enter your unique contractor ID number
* Press Clock In
* Scan the QR code
When leaving the premises the same process should be done again, however you will choose Clock out to record your exit time.
