This documents forms part of the contract agreement between Killermont Cleaning and you as a self employed sub-contractor. 
All keys issued to you remain the property of Killermont Cleaning and may only be used for the use of cleaning  agreements between both parties.
Keys issued to you should not be duplicated, loaned, exchanged or used by any person without authorisation from Killermont Cleaning. 
All authorised exchange of keys MUST be recorded using the QR code system available on each set of keys. 
Any loss, damage or theft must be reported immediately to Killermont Cleaning.  
All issued keys must be kept in a secure location at all times.  Any loss, damage or theft of keys will deem you liable for all costs to either replace the key or a new lock.  Monies owed to you will be with held until such time as all costs have been recovered.

In any circumstance where you are unable to attend to a job, you must arrange for all keys to be returned no later than the arranged start date and time of your job.  Failure to do so, will result in loss of earnings for Killermont Cleaning as we would be unable to attend with another cleaner. All loss of earnings will be deducted from monies owed to you. 

On termination of contract between Killermont Cleaning and you, you must return all keys and other properties of Killermont Cleaning within 12 hours.  Failure to do so will result in a Police report being filed and Killermont Cleaning with holding loss of earnings.
