What should you do if a client ask you to do something you've not been trained to do?
Go ahead and attemp the task. Would be rude not to.
Explain to the client you've not been trained to do the task, but let them know you'll contact KC

What should you do if a client asks for your Tel No?
Write it down for them
Give them KC's number & explain they need to contact the office.
Write it down, but explain to them that they should contact KC.
What should you do if you're late for a client?
Contact KC asap
Do nothing, get there asap, but apologise when you arrive.
Contact the client yourself
What should you do if you break a clients property?
Take the item away & try to fix it.
Don't say anything, they might not notice.
Apologise & leave a note in the Communication book
What should you do if a client gives you their own products to use?
Contact KC & ask if thats ok
Use them, its fine, the client has authorised it.
Say no, we use our own products.
What should you do if a client asks you to change their day/time?
Check your diary before agreeing to the change.
Tell them you need to check with KC first.
Politely decline, we don't swap days.
